Holding GOP Accountable to “Commitment to America” -

PRAY WITH US about holding GOP accountable: Father God, our hope and future rests with You. But You have established authorities over us for our good. However, many US leaders have been calling good evil and evil good. And doing what is evil for the US and the world. So we ask that during the US elections, You establish candidates who will work for Your good purposes, to prosper and not to harm us further.

We see much good in the “Commitment to America” that would reverse many evils. So we pray for parental rights, legal immigration only, and effective prosecution of crime. Also, we pray against irresponsibility and exploitation of health crises and rising prices. And we pray for energy independence, job creation and fair & free markets. Establish those who will not only promote but carry out those policies. And let Your kingdom come, and Your will be done, in the US and on earth as in heaven. In Jesus’ name, amen.

PRAYER ALERT: Holding GOP Accountable to “Commitment to America”

Let’s try to put our cynicism aside. The “Commitment to American” GOP agenda gives clear points to which we can hold Republicans to account. And that gives more reason to vote for them in November, and not just against the wokefully inept Dems. Belize and the whole world will be watching. Because the world still turns much the same way that the US turns.

Here are points we can keep pointing to for at least two years. And watch how Republicans measure up.

Create a Parents’ Bill of Rights. So that parents can know what schools are teaching and express their concerns. And to check on their own children’s privacy and safety.
Support the police and crack down on prosecutors who refuse to prosecute crimes.
Finish the wall and deploy technology to the border. Also, fully reinstate the “Remain in Mexico” policy.
Move supply chains away from China and toward competitive US businesses.
Make America energy-independent again and so create jobs and drive fuel prices back down. Because this allows the US to sell more fuel to Europe so Europe won’t pay for Russian aggression.
Eliminate wasteful spending that drives inflation and the national debt.
Promote pro-growth tax policies that boost local businesses & take-home pay and spur innovation.
Develop lower-cost accessible health care by boosting competition with Big Pharma, etc. And let’s hope and pray for exposure and justice against those who exploited the Covid crisis.
