Brazil Takes World Stage with China as BRICS Partner -

PRAY WITH US about Brazil takes world stage, that God will:

Expose the anti-Christian strongholds that both Western and anti-Western blocs are forming. Specifically, expose China as persecutor of churches, purveyor of fentanyl and Covid and enemy of free speech. And break up the efforts of nations to take counsel together against the Lord.
Expose Brazil’s growing support of totalitarian regimes. Turn their people instead toward the Lord that His truth would set them free. Strengthen the growing churches there to resist and overcome anti-Christian influences.
Prevent an Antichrist currency from taking hold until the end of the age. Keep His people free to buy and sell without government surveillance and interference. And help us to establish our own networks and independence of globalist and totalitarian systems.
For Haiti, stop further plots to kidnap people during church services. Free the multiple people who were kidnapped from a mass in Port-au-Prince on April 13. And restore safety and order in both public and private places throughout Haiti, so God’s Word may be proclaimed freely.

At one time people feared that Western nations would solidify a new world order. The future Antichrist could use that order to prop up his empire. Now a different world order has emerged, called BRICS—for Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. And it is already challenging the global dominance of the West.

BRICS nations favor displacing the US dollar as the foremost trade and global reserve currency. Presently about half of all global trade involves the US dollar. The greenback also makes up 60% of all foreign currency reserves.

Brazil’s President Lula da Silva signed more than 20+ new bilateral agreements with China in his recent visit there. Already Lula was signaling a move from the West when he welcomed Iranian warships on February 26. Also, he has voiced support for anti-West Latin American statist regimes like Venezuela, Nicaragua and Cuba.

Allegedly China has worked with drug cartels in trafficking fentanyl across Latin America and to the US. Security analyst Irina Tsukerman says Brazil will “become a central point for strong networks” of this trade. We must pray that neither the BRICS bloc nor the Western bloc serve as an Antichrist platform.
