Technology in the Millennium: Natural & Supernatural

PRAY WITH US about technology in the millennium: Father God, we exalt You as the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. In this life You are training us for reigning after this age ends. So show us what the Millennial Age has in store for us. Help us to move now in the powers of the age to come. Bring heaven to earth, and the future into the present through us.

For You have called us to be Your witnesses. Not only in our own localities, but to the ends of the earth. You say that when Your people called by Your name humble themselves and pray, You will heal lands. So make that promise effective now. Show us how to pray together in ways that makes Your kingdom come and Your will be done now. And make increase of Your government and Your peace have no end, no matter what antichrists may do. In Jesus’s name, amen.

PRAYER ALERT: Technology in the Millennium: Natural & Supernatural

Now that Labor Day has passed, let’s consider how conditions for labor will change in the Millennium. It begins after the greatest earthquake in history has stricken the world. At that time “the cities of the nations fell” (Rev. 16:18-19). This final disaster ends the seven bowl plagues on the eve of the Millennium. What technology will Christ, the returned raptured saints, and the survivors use to recover?

They won’t have the technology we have today. The last battle at Armageddon leaves “the flesh of horses and those who sit on them” on the ground for birds to devour (Rev. 19:17=18). Previously, the Antichrist’s “kingdom became darkened” in the fifth bowl plague (16:10-11). Something like a solar flare (verse 8) with an EMP effect must have struck the earth. Because Scriptures about the times after that give no evidence of electricity being restored.

Instead, we see horses at Armageddon, and horses, mules and camels in the Millennium (Isa. 60:6; 66:20). No hint of vehicles running on electronics and gas. No hint of mechanized construction or mass food production or processing. Instead, we see each building their own house and growing plenty of their own food. The only green new deal that will work is God’s green new deal for the Millennium!…
