Natural Law: the Essentials

PRAY WITH US about natural law: the essentials: Father God, we thank You for the Word, through whom You created all things. And we thank You for the way You created all things, in Your natural order with natural laws. But our own human nature has fallen and we are reaping the natural consequences of our fall. Yet You have sent Your Son to take all those consequences and to show us how to live in this fallen world.

So help us to make constitutions and laws that follow Your Word and Your natural laws. We thank You that many nations, including the US and Belize, have made many great efforts to do so. Preserve what is godly and help us amend what is ungodly. Forgive us when we fall short of what is godly. And rebuke us when we call good evil and evil good. Lead us not into such temptations but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. In Jesus’ name, amen.
