PRAY WITH US: about prophetic track record: Father God, we exalt You to the highest place. And we thank You for Jesus, who ascended to You after dying for us, and gave gifts to men. He gave us the five-fold ministry including prophets to build up the body of Christ. But what do we do when we see a highly promising and credible prophet discredited? We submit the whole situation to you. And ask that You guide everyone involved to a full reckoning and full recovery by Your great grace.
Moreover, we ask that You provide trusted watchmen to see these things coming. And trusted counselors—both female and male—to engage with the offended one and the offender. So they may address smaller trespasses before they become bigger ones. And just judges in the body of Christ, that judgment might begin with the household with God. And that we not turn to the Christless world for lack of judges. So build Your church stronger when some fall, that we not be judged by the world. But instead that You might convict the world of Your righteousness. For You remain faithful to complete the work You began in us. In Jesus’ name, amen.
PRAYER ALERT: Prophetic Track Record of Chris Reed for 2023-2024
We should stay accountable for what we put on record, whether we are prophets or journalists. Chris Reed must give account for both his prophecies and his practices. Likewise, I must give account for what I’ve published about him online.
Sadly, we’ve found Reed stumbled in 2021 in a sexting relationship with a female student 3 years his junior. MorningStar Ministries (MM) disciplined and then restored him to the point of making him its leader in 2023. Then Reed stepped down this August rather than face a lawsuit concerning a ministry related to MM. He says he never had anything to do with that ministry, now accused of homosexual abuse. And so he felt unqualified to serve as the “face” of MM through the course of that lawsuit.
But it soon came out that his 2021 relationship had been not only “textual” but at least somewhat physical. And he is a married father of six. What does this mean for his previous restoration at MM? Different people are giving different answers to that question as Reed attempts to start a new ministry.
Yet since 2021 he has a track record of accurate personal prophecies (see YouTube “Prophetic Chronicles”). Some say his gift kept operating because “the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable” (Rom 11:29). But have his national and international prophecies—which I reported— for 2023-2024 come true?…
