Venezuela-El Salvador Prisoner Swap Proposed by Bukele

Venezuela-El Salvador Prisoner Swap:

PRAY WITH US about Venezuela-El Salvador Prisoner Swap. Father God, we exalt You as righteous Judge over all. Because You see all and know all. And Your Holy Spirit searches all things. So we thank You for setting limits on sins we commit against one another and enforcing those limits. Help us to do so with Your insight and Your justice.

Specifically, restore justice to Venezuela’s electoral process. Set captives free who don’t deserve to be in prison and who deserve to be heard. Bring the weight of conviction on President Maduro until this changes. And show criminals and terrorists the error of their ways before they get caught in them. But if they don’t repent, give them enough consequences until they do. For You sent Jesus “to bless you by turning every one of you from your wicked ways” (Acts 3:26).

PRAYER ALERT: Venezuela-El Salvador Prisoner Swap Proposed by Bukele

The old boxes for thinking will fall apart when a creative leader thinks outside them. Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele did not back down from charging Venezuela with 2024 election fraud. But he offered to swap 252 Venezuelans that the US deported to El Salvador for 252 political prisoners.

He wants President Nicolas Maduro to release those prisoners who opposed him & his election fraud. Although they’re only 252 political prisoners out of thousands Maduro holds, they’d show a beginning.

In return, Venezuela called Bukele & the US’ handling of the 252 Venezuelans a “crime against humanity.” However, those 252 not only entered the US illegally but took part in a terrorist gang. How we treat such criminals in prison remains open to debate. But the more we stop their terrorist activities, the better for the US and Latin America
