Normal-Crazy vs. Right-Left—The New Culture War

PRAY WITH US about normal-crazy: Father God, we exalt You as our good Creator. But we grieve at how the enemy has called what You created evil. And he has worked to steal, kill and destroy us as male and female in Your image. Not only is he targeting children, but even infants for sex changes. As a result, children are growing up confused about their basic identity, and how You made them.

So we ask you to deprogram the propaganda that denies how they were made. Restore their basic instincts and healthy impulses. Protect them as they grow into their good male and female identities in Your good time. Train them in the good ways that they should go. But for those who have departed from those ways, show them how they lead to self-destruction. And to those who have changed their sex, give the miracle of restoration just as You gave the miracle of creation. Begin a good work in them assuring them that You are faithful to complete it in the day of Christ Jesus. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders summed up the real state of the union last week. The right vs. left conflict in the US culture wars has turned into a normal vs. crazy conflict. Because not many years ago both right and left agreed that men and women were different. That children should grow up as male and female without pressure to have sex or to change sex. And that content of character and track record qualified you for promotion, not victimhood. To think otherwise was crazy.

Now to think otherwise is mandatory. Normal has become forbidden. Normal can cause you to lose your job or your social media following. Or land you in prison.

If you fail to affirm someone’s sex change or imagined sex, you can be canceled or prosecuted. But if you affirm someone’s biological sex, the same can happen…
