Calling Good Evil—The War Against Families

PRAY WITH US about calling good evil: Father God, You are good from beginning to end. You began a good work in the human race. And You will prove faithful to complete it. So help us prove faithful to You as created in Your image, male and female. Help us be prove faithful and husbands and wives, and fathers and mothers. And turn our hearts to the children You gave us, and turn their hearts to their parents. So that our land will gain a blessing and not a curse.

Expose abortion as murder, not health. Amd expose violence against pregnancy centers as self-defeating. Affirm male-female right relations, courtship, marriage, sex and family in that order. Expose all LGBTQ identities as counterfeits that can never bring fulfillment. Instead, reveal Jesus Christ and His Word as the way, the truth and the life. Affirm all teachers, politicians and business people who follow His ways. And bring all who oppose Him to repentance. For they know not what they do. So turn their hearts, that they may be forgiven. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Why attack pregnancy centers? Jane’s Revenge has taken credit for dozens of such attacks since the leak of the initial Dobbs decision. It does so claiming to care about the health of the pregnant woman.

But what if the pregnant woman wants her fetus to live? To attack a pregnancy center implies that pregnancy itself is evil. Yet every single one of our lives began in a pregnant woman.

It all goes back to Genesis One. God created man and woman in His image. Moreover, He created them to have sex and be fruitful and multiply. God said the two—husband and wife—shall become one. So that each child should have one father and one mother. And He called it very good.

But now gender ideologues call His plan evil. They try to get children to change their sex without their parents’ knowledge. In fact, they try to outlaw counseling that affirms the sexual identity that God gave each one. And they approve of every kind of sex except the sex that God calls good. At the same time they label as “terrorists” any parents who want to influence their kids’ schools.

Christians did not start this war. But we can fight back with our feet, taking our kids out of such schools. And with our votes, voting gender ideologues out of office. And also with our dollars, boycotting Disney and every woke company that has betrayed our families.

So pray for a great turning toward God’s ways and against woke ways for this election year and beyond.
