Revival Waves vs. Woke Dogma—Which Will Prevail? -

PRAY WITH US for revival waves: Father God, we glorify You for Your wonderful works. For in You we live and move and have our being. Now You are moving in great power to convict us and change us into the people You made us to be. So we thank You for small beginnings that have magnified Your greatness. And they have multiplied so quickly across the nation. Keep moving on all those who earnestly seek You. And let them too be fruitful and multiply into a billion-soul harvest and more.

Let those who oppose Your moves and Your ways back off in godly fear. Let grace teach their hearts to fear rightly. And grace their fears relieve. Show all who do not know You who Jesus really is. Let His heart shine forth through The Chosen series and the Jesus Revolution movie. Continue to reveal Yourself in new and powerful ways on all seven mountains of influence. Reform them in Your image. And let the increase of Your peace and Your government bring the fullness of the Gentiles in. In Jesus’ almighty name, amen.

PRAYER ALERT: Revival Waves vs. Woke Dogma—Which Will Prevail?

The head of the Anglican denomination, Justin Welby, has dealt a serious blow to godly foundations worldwide. He recently promoted the Church of England decision that priests can bless same-sex relationships. As a result, archbishops of 10 of the 42 Anglican provinces globally have already rejected his leadership.

But this betrayal of God’s word affects churches beyond the Anglican denomination. For instance, the churches have only two of 34 seats on Belize’s Constitutional Commission. Now our churches can no longer speak as one against the socially corrosive LGBT agenda. Also, Pope Francis recently said, “People with homosexual tendencies are children of God.” Not only does that defy previous Catholic teaching. It defies biblical teaching that only those who receive Jesus as Lord become children of God {Jn. 1:12).

But God is now releasing waves of revival in the US to overpower the waves of wokeness. If God moves the same way here, we will have lots of voices saying yes to a godly constitution. And no to a woke and pro-LGBT constitution. How can the small beginnings at Asbury keep increasing until we have global revival and reformation?
